Signature Organizing is a professional home organizing company serving the Greater Eastside and Seattle area. We partner with clients who are ready to simplify meeting them where they are, working at a pace that feels right, and celebrating every step forward.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Genuinely loves the process: sorting, categorizing, folding, labeling, all of it

  • Has an eye for creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional

  • Is warm, patient, and compassionate with people in the middle of hard seasons

  • Brings professionalism and care into every client's home

  • Takes initiative and knows how to work independently

  • Is comfortable getting hands-on and tackling the unglamorous parts of the job

About the role:

This is a part-time position with flexible daytime availability. Hours vary week to week based on project load. You'll work alongside me in residential spaces throughout the Eastside and Seattle area, with room to grow as the business does.

You'll need:

  • Reliable daytime availability, generally Monday–Friday

  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation

  • The ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs

  • Absolute discretion and respect for clients and their spaces

Pay is competitive and based on experience.
